Our owner is also the partner of Baichong Furniture Factory — a manufacturer specializing in powder-coated & electroplated iron beds and mirrored & glass furniture (mainly nightstands, chests, tables, cabinets, jewelry stands, shelves & decorative mirrors).

Brief Intro:

(1) Direct manufacturer with over 17 years of experience supplying to Next (the UK's local No.1 online store), Dreams (the UK's No.1 specialist bed retailer), Birlea (the UK's leading furniture wholesaler), MADE, ABYAT (Kuwait), etc.

Being Next's supplier is a significant challenge, as they require "maximum value, minimum cost", and yes, we specialize in delivering premium quality at cost-effective prices.

(2) We have our own metal factory: we manufacture products from raw iron tubes / sheets. This allows effective control over both quality and costs. All iron joints are brazed (welded with brass), which is the highest level of welding for furniture and can ensure the high-end visual effect.

(3) Monthly output: 3,000 units. Factory Area: 5,000 square meters. Number of employees: 36.

(4) Furniture output from Southeast Asia and Turkey keeps improving rapidly, while, when it comes to the quality and stability of electroplating, powder coating and mirror backing coating, their products still cannot match our Chinese products. Even if they strive to achieve the same standards, their overall costs end up higher than ours. We acknowledge that they will narrow the gap in the long run, yet our factory remains the most reliable option throughout the current decade.

(5) Our beds & our factory can pass all strict tests & audits required by the UK market and conducted by SGS or other qualified third parties.

(6) Reliable after-service support: all complaints have been & will be resolved properly by providing solutions or offering compensation.

(7) We launch new designs every year (mainly in the 3rd quarter). We also do OEM.

(9) If your annual purchase volume is large enough, we can enter into an Exclusive Supply Agreement with you for your market.
